ART MATTE TOP GEL - FOR CHROME AND PENCIL

This non-heating art matte top gel combines the benefits of a matte surface for pens, inks and isolated chrome in one. The chrome, pen and ink will not stick to the surface, buffing and filing is not required. It is formulated with a thin lightweight formula for a seamless application.
